Reporting on Beer/Packaging Type

Are you able to add number of units sold to the “Sales revenue/liquid volume sold by beer” report please?

It would just let us report the total number of beers in each packaging type in a given time period, no matter the product name.

Cheers!

Thanks for the great suggestion, Oliver. Fortunately, this was a fairly simple adjustment to the existing report, so I’m delighted to confirm that we’ve already implemented it for you :tada:

You should see the new metric option in that report now. Can you give it a try and let us know if you’ve any questions? Cheers!

Thanks for sorting so quickly Luke!

Currently all the packaging types in the report are in the same column, so all kegs (30l, 50l, own tracked kegs, ekegs) all appear together. Same for smallpack multi-packs, I’m not sure where the split between 24 cases, 12 cases and 6 cases sits.

For my purposes (and I appreciate this may just be for me!) I’d like to be able to see the total number of 330ml and 440ml cans, 30l kegs, 30l ekegs, 50l kegs and 50l ekegs. Is that possible?

Cheers,

Oli

Thanks, Oli. This report won’t be split by container type; it’s intended to group them as it does currently. But other reports can work in the way you’re looking for.

Have you seen the Total sales by product report? This might be closer to what you’re looking for. And the Raw Data Explorer lets you build your own reports.

If you need further help on reporting, it would be best to open a thread in the Help & advice category on the community so that it’s handled by the right team at Breww. Or, if further report adjustments are needed, please open a fresh feature request, as this one is already marked as complete, and I wouldn’t want other requests to be missed. Cheers!
