Perform Multiple / Split Deliveries for a Single Order

Much like multiple inventory receipts against a single Purchase Order, I’d like the ability to have multiple deliveries against a single sales order.

If we have an issue with a delivery (such as a box being damaged etc) I’d like the ability to perform a second delivery / courier delivery to complete the order without having to produce a second sales order.

This would also be handy if a single product wasn’t available for our own-vehicle delivery, or, we chose to complete a small pack delivery later with a personal vehicle etc.

We’ve already got Partial order dispatch / part delivering orders / split deliveries for a single order open (I’ve just renamed it a little to help ensure that people can find it). Could you please vote for that thread and add any comments that you think would be useful there?
