Hi, as discussed already with Ben from breww. I suggest a way of dispatching orders on a delivery to make them liable for duty and to remove the stock from the brewery stock which would facilitate an accurate stock count, and then for invoices to be sent to customers upon completion of the delivery by the driver.
This is primarily so a stock count can be done at anytime without having to worry about what’s being delivered concurrently, and to avoid invoicing customers before their beer has arrived.
