Can we please have the option for an order to be split delivered from multiple locations? (and customer still receives one invoice).
So when creating an order you can build the whole order but assign some stock from one location and some from another location. If delivered by own vans it will then post a plannded delivery from each location for that amount. On completion it will close with a single invoice.
For the completed delivery note/ traceability - it could then consolitade the signatures and names onto one pdf with a differentiation between stock?
Multiple deliveries would allow fulfilment from multiple sites. This would be the easier (but still extremely complex) implementation from our side and would also allow for part of the delivery to be complete while the part from the other site remains incomplete.
It doesn’t feel correct to me for a single delivery to come from multiple sites, as there isn’t clear ownership of which site is responsible for completing the delivery and which products are being fulfilled from which site.
Imagine you have two brands held in two locations. For storage capabilities you might not be able to store all in a single location.
When an order gets place you could choose brnad a to be delivered from site a and brnad b from site b. the customer will only receive one invoice.
When you split the delivery in this way it will then mark the volume and order for fulfilment from each site. (both with delivery notes). Lets say you have multiple driving team situatied at these two locations. they then faciliate the orders using brewww (with route pleanning) and complete.
That’s exactly what the other feature request would allow for. Delivery A comes from Site 1 and Delivery B from Site 2, both relate to the same order/invoice.
