We’re soon planning on adding Customer and lead mapping and visit (field sales) route optimisation to Breww. Once this has been done, what more would Bowimi offer over what was in Breww? We have no CRM integrations currently, and I must admit that we don’t (didn’t) really intend to build any. Of course, if there is a big benefit, we’d happily look at it, but we may find it’s more beneficial (and easier/faster) to add these features into Breww directly versus the significant complications of trying to keep two platforms in sync reliably.
I’m not saying that we won’t build a Bowimi integration, but I’d be interested to hear what you like to see in Breww that would remove the need for you to have a separate CRM platform altogether (such as Bowimi)?
