Wondering if any other Breww users use Bowimi as their CRM platform. I have been chatting with them and think there would be a helpful integration to be had between the 2 so when orders get put into Breww, it pulls that data into Bowimi into the customer file.

We’re soon planning on adding Customer and lead mapping and visit (field sales) route optimisation to Breww. Once this has been done, what more would Bowimi offer over what was in Breww? We have no CRM integrations currently, and I must admit that we don’t (didn’t) really intend to build any. Of course, if there is a big benefit, we’d happily look at it, but we may find it’s more beneficial (and easier/faster) to add these features into Breww directly versus the significant complications of trying to keep two platforms in sync reliably.
I’m not saying that we won’t build a Bowimi integration, but I’d be interested to hear what you like to see in Breww that would remove the need for you to have a separate CRM platform altogether (such as Bowimi)?

Have you had any update on this?
We’re considering signing up to Bowimi as its prospecting tools and ability to record customer details on the fly seem really useful and isn’t something that we can do as easily in Breww’s CRM.
I’d like to be able to use Bowimi for prospecting, arranging customer visits and recording call info and Breww to place orders and manage delivery etc. It would be great if info could be passed between to allow us to see the whole sales journey from prospect to customer in one place, and further down the line have the sales data to be able to report on relative success of sales calls to help inform future sales strategy.
I must admit that at this time, we have very little appetite for a Bowimi integration. Lots of what it offers can already be done in Breww, such as:
- Quickly adding leads from Google Maps data (see the leads map)
- Planning, optimising and managing in-person sales visits routes (field sales)
This feature request also currently has zero votes, so it’s certainly not high on our priorities list.
When it comes to CRM functionality, we’d much rather fill in any gaps in functionality in Breww than build an integration with an external platform, to be honest.

Gosnells also use Bowimi and it would be very helpful to link the two platforms. The Breww CRM isn’t as useful as Bowimi but the brewing, logistics, invoicing and operations features are all great.
