We’re making good use of the ‘stock transfer Order’ (although we’d love it if it didn’t report as an actual sales order).
This has meant easily being able to transfer full lorry loads of stock in one order transfer note without having to manually transfer each sku line by line in Breww - and can now be completed with a phone.
Having said that the result of the delivery note can be monstrous displaying multiple paged of hundreds of batches on transfer.
For example:
x100 generic beer keg - 50l 1777 (13/5/25),1777 (13/5/25),1777
(13/5/25),1777(13/5/25),1777(13/5/25),
1777(13/5/25),1777 (13/5/25),
1789(22/5/25) ,1789 (22/5/25) etc…
[So it will display a huge list of 100 batches even if there are only two on the transfer]
Would it not be better if it displayed like so:
x100 generic beer keg - 50l
- x60 1777 (13/5/25)
- x40 1789 (22/5/25)
I think this would make picking much better and clearer for own teams and also 3PLs who have to make sense of the current batch picks (and get it wrong often).
