The self bill invoice from SIBA Beerflex refers to their order number (DDS), which is 7 digits long, these DDS numbers are not being found when importing/uploading the self billing invoice into Breww. I can see the DDS number when I go into each order within the Breww software, but the automation within Breww says it can’t and I don’t know how to resolve.

Thanks for bringing this up in the community! Could you please raise a support ticket through the Need help menu in Breww and grant us access to your account? This will allow us to take a closer look at the example and help identify why it’s not working as expected.
