Breww not syncing payments from XERO

All of our payments are being reconciled on XERO, but despite the settings being seemingly correct, Breww isn’t acknowledging these payments. IE customers who are up to date with their payments on XERO, are still reading as owing money on Breww/triggering credit limit restrictions even though they are up to date.

It’s hard to say without having more information, to be honest. Could you please open a support ticket (granting us account access) and let us know some example order/invoice numbers where the payments are not showing in Breww so that we can investigate for you?
