See product quantity available in stock at each site/location using the API

Hi, I can see we can call the API to get the stock volume for each product, but is it currently possible to split this down to site? For example, we’ve 80 in stock - 20 at site A, 36 at site B, and 24 at site C.

If this is available, could you advise how? If not could this be moved to Ideas & Features for voting, please?

Many thanks.

This isn’t currently possible, I’m afraid. I’ve moved this to the feature requests section for you.
Cheers!

This would be really helpful for us to get a better view of storage requirements and products held across multiple sites.

Hi - not sure if this thread is in feature request, but this would also be really helpful for us too. At the moment we cant use our reporting correctly.

Cheers

I’d also find this feature useful.

Just to clarify a bit further - we are using a report system that currently cannot filter on locations, and we are using locations for sending out to drop ship warehouses, Mitchell & Butlers and our own web stock so currently it cant show our team what they need to see - thanks

Is there any timeline on this - its really messing up our forecasting system. Unfortunatley our planning team missed the fact that a bunch of our kegs were in another location (which meant they werent available for the rest of our customer base) and we have now been short of stock for the last two weeks becuase of it.

I don’t really have a timeline on this, I’m sorry, but it is on our radar. I’ll follow up when we know more.

Thanks Luke - is there another creative way around it that i havent spotted?

I’m sorry, but not via the API, sorry. You can, of course, see this information in Breww and use our built-in forecasting tools, but I appreciate this isn’t quite what you’re looking for here.

annoyingly our forecasting tool was built outside, but we cannot operate it without being able to see stock only in our main stock location
