One Stop Available Product Page

Hi,

We have a sales team that currently rely heavily on a dry whiteboard in our brewery office that needs to get updated manually every day by hand, checking all of our available products one by one in brew and writing the numbers up on the board. Then we send a picture of that board in a WhatsApp group for them to go off, which seems bonkers to me! We Breww is a real time live software you should be able to go by the stock on.

Apparently the sales ladies say it is too difficult to take an order whilst on the phone with a customer and check if they the customer is asking for is available on Breww, again I am not sure why exactly but as I don’t do telesales I will just have to agree with them.

What would be handy is if they could have a page that displays the stock levels for example of all of our Firkins in stock on one page that are available to sell, I am sure this would be hard to introduce as when you currently look at a product individually it gives you a nice neat table showing In Stock / Orders / Available, just need to take this and be able to display it somewhere for all products?

Have you seen the Available products report at Products → Tools & reports → Available products report? I think this does what you’re looking for, but if not can you let me know why?

Hi Luke,

Not far off, but would need to be able to filter to by site at the same time as Product Type, so for example Firkin & Brewery ‘X’, it would be great if you could have multiple filters essentially

In that case, can you please vote for Available Products Report to only show stock from one specific site and I’ll close this as a duplicate.
