On the Products page, I’ve noticed a difference between the ‘qty available’ column and the quantity shown when you toggle the display of stock levels.
We have 3 sites, which makes the total ‘qty available’ figure redundant for us as its the total across all sites and we have customers who can only be serviced from a certain site. Not a problem though as I can click to toggle the display of stock levels and see a breakdown of our stock levels at each site from there.
However, I have now noticed the quantities showing when you toggle to view all sites, which is the only usable number for us, is the total in stock, not the actual available stock. Would it be possible to add an available stock field alongside batch, location and total quantity?
I know you can view the breakdown of available stock from within each product itself, but that adds a few clicks and when trying to check multiple products that time can add up. And I know theres a pre-built report, but again a bit more fiddly to get there, especially for our sales team using the mobile version, plus currently not everyone has reporting permissions.
