Hi, I would like to be able to setup a report that shows product availability across all sites, that then has the option to add filters for quantity - i.e. show all products with less than 10 in stock or a report that shows all products with negative availability, meaning I can then investigate the reasons behind potentially oversold products. I would then like the option to save the report and have the report delivered via email. To do that, I know I need to use the Raw data explorer, rather than the pre-built ‘product availability breakdown by site’. However, in the Raw data explorer, when I click into ‘Products’ I cannot seem to add a column for availability, which then means I cannot setup any custom filters around availability.
Is there another way of doing this? Or is this something that could be implemented.?
So, the Raw Data Explorer has the ability to email you automatically, but not the ability to see live stock levels (and in all honesty, this isn’t going to be added in the short-medium term as it’s far more complex than you might expect).
We do also have the pre-built report Product stock availability breakdown by site that might be what you’re looking for? It doesn’t have the option to filter by quantity at the moment, but this could be added (or you can export to Excel and filter there).
I’d suggest that we convert this feature request thread into a feature request to filter the Product stock availability breakdown by site report to only show stock levels above/below a given number? And you vote for the existing thread for auto-emailing pre-built reports. Does this sound good to you? Cheers.
Yeah, theres a few work arounds so it’s not urgent.
Sound’s great! Being able to use BrewwQL filters on the ‘Product availability by site’ report would be super helpful so please convert this feature request to that. And I’ve been over and voted on the auto-emailing pre-built report thread.
