Available Products Report to only show stock from one specific site

Our sales staff use the " Available Products Report" to send our list of available beers to tap accounts. We just found that this reports pulls stock information for all of our locations and sites including our taproom and offsite market locations. This means that we are not getting a true idea of what stock is available for sale to our tap accounts.

It would be very useful to be able to select which location/s this report pulls from, maybe just a dropdown next to the price book selection.

Great news, everyone. The available products report now has a site filter at the top to allow you to only show stock from one site :tada:

We hope this is helpful!

This update is excellent and really useful — we love it!
Just a few suggestions that would make it even more powerful:

  • Could you add an option to hide pricing (pricebook)?

  • It would be great to be able to select multiple locations or products, either via BrewwIQ or by enabling CTRL+select in the dropdown menus.

  • Lastly, having a way to save default filter settings per user (like on the product and customer pages) would really streamline our workflow.

Thank you for the great work — this report is already a significant improvement!

It’s great to hear this has been helpful, Robert

I don’t mean to be a pain, but as this feature request is already complete, the other ideas you posted here won’t be tracked and they’ll get lost. I can see how they would be really useful too, so please could you post them in their own feature request threads (one thread for each idea)? Thanks.

That’s a strange workflow for a feature request not being able to be opened and receive a minor update. Even more so, it’s not new functionality. Everything in there you already have in other elements of Breww. If there is really no other way, I will post 3 new requests again.

If this were 5 minutes’ work for someone in the team, I’d agree with you and ask someone to pause what they’re doing for 5 minutes to add these features, but the reality is that this is hours more work. As the team are all busy with other planned projects, they can’t just drop those to quickly fit in more on this, so we’ll have to find a time in the schedule for these.
