Product list by beer

hey,
is there a way to export a list of products with their corresponding beer?

for example something like
Beer | Product
IPA X | IPA A - Can 440ml
IPA X | Keg 30L
IPA X | Keg 50L
…

even better would be a way to get sales for each as well :slight_smile:

Hi Ana, Thanks for your comment. Does your product naming convention use the ‘beer’ name followed by the ‘container type’? If so, then you will be able to export a list of products by heading to Reporting → Products (reports to the right-hand side of the reporting page). You will be able to set the Output to Export to Excel on this. Regarding seeing the sales for each product, it sounds like the Total sales by product report may be what you’re looking for; you can find this in Reporting → Pre-built sales reports. Cheers!

either of those will give me just the product name, I need both the product name and the beer name to be able to match and aggregate them without having to manually take out the “- 30L Keg” bit - does that make sense?
