Hello,
Is it/would it be possible to tell Breww to vary whether to ‘Display best before on stock labels’ dependent on the type of stock?
For example, we don’t want BBE dates on stock labels when we rack casks but do when we rack multipacks of cans.
Currently we have to toggle the setting to ‘on’ when we are racking (or just printing labels for) multipacks.
Thanks,
Lewis.
Would it work with a Custom stock label template?
Yes, I agree with Jon that custom label templates would be a good solution here.
As the items probably have the same container type, this won’t be possible just yet, but we’ve got Override the stock label template to use on a per-product & per-beer basis in the plan for implementation very soon, and this would allow you to link just the multipacks to a non-default template where you have removed the expiry date.
I’ve made a note to follow up with you here when the other feature is done so you can give it a try ![]()
This should now be possible as Override the stock label template to use on a per-product & per-beer basis is live and ready for use!
If you’ve any questions on how to implement this, please let us know.
