Can someone tell me which permission I need to have turned on for a user to have access the Lost and Spoiled Records report? I currently have this users permissions set to General Sales, View Products, Reporting, Dashboard Sales Data and Beer Duty.

Hi Sean, thanks for your comment! To access the ‘Lost and spoiled records’ in Breww, the user will need the Beer duty permission; they will then be able to access this by heading to Beer duty → View → Lost and spoiled records. Let me know if you need anything else. Cheers!
Thanks Ben, we used to access Lost and Spoiled records from the Reporting tab. The user has Beer duty permissions but can’t see it in reports. How ever, I sent the url to the user and they were able to access through the link. Where do I find “Beer duty” I only seem to have “Exise duty”.
Hi Sean, thanks for your reply! Apologies, my guidance in my previous post was for UK Breww accounts; sorry for missing this. Previously, users outside the UK would have needed the Beer duty, Reporting and Production permissions to access the lost and spoiled records from the Reporting page. However, I’m pleased to say that we have now added the Lost and spoiled records report to the Excise duty page, so the user should now be able to access this report with just the Beer duty permission.
