Excise Tax entered but showing as "Not Set"

We’ve set our Excise Duty on all products, however the below message is popping up. The duty on products sold is still being reported though.

Thanks for posting on the community! I apologise for the issue you have experienced, this was a mistake on our end, but this has been fixed now, so you should find that this message is corrected to the actual number of products without duty amounts set or will be gone entirely if all of your products have a duty amount set.

The only other thing - is there a way to group by Beer Name when looking at the raw data for Excise Duty reporting? Or have Beer Name added as a data field we can select?

Unfortunately not, we are going to make some significant changes that will make international duty much more straightforward. It would be worth subscribing to updates on the feature request for Expansion to customisable Duty tool.

In the meantime, if there are any reports you would like us to look at, if you can put them forward as a feature request, our dev team can review them to see if it is possible to make them for you. If you can include as much detail, e.g. the headings you would want to see or any specific criteria for reporting, it really helps.
