Items paid for but not collected

Hi guys,

I’ve been searching around for the answer to this question, and I haven’t managed to find anything yet, so apologies if its already been covered somewhere.
We make up a fair number of Bag in Box (and other items) for collections which are all pre-paid for, but occasionally, and especially over the last few weeks of Christmas and New Year, there are orders which never get picked up.
I’m wondering how best to resolve this orders on Breww, as there doesn’t seem to be any way of clearing these failed orders.

Hi Tom,

Your best option here would be to cancel/void the orders. This can be done via the ‘Order actions’ button at the top of the order’s page.
