Failed delivery

Hi, I had a delivery that was marked as complete but there was one cask missing. How do I amend the order/delivery to show that the outstanding cask has been delivered?

Unfortunately, you can’t mark the outstanding cask as delivered on this particular order now, however we’ve a high priority feature request on the list to handle this situation better in Breww. We’re aware that the current process isn’t as good as it could be, sorry.

In the meantime, we’d recommend making a new order for the customer for the final cask and using this to deliver it to them. Once the item has been added to the order, you can click the edit button and reduce the value to £0 so that no extra payment is needed. A note can also be added to mention the original order if you’d like so that it’s clear why it was free, if you’re looking back in the future.
