Paid in advance but not dispatched - Xero and Breww

Hello new to Breww so bear with me. A customer has paid in advance for wedding beer but the wedding is taking place next week so the beer has not left the building. However, I have marked it as paid in Breww and subsequently the money is in our bank and showing up in XEro through the bank feed. But we have no sale attached to it.

How do others deal with this?

I’m very sorry for the delay in coming back to you here Rachana.

I’m sure you have now sorted this but for future reference, I would recommend creating the sale in Breww with a planned due date for the future date that the customer will need the delivery. You can then assign the payment to the delivery and dispatch it when you are ready.
