Xero & Invoices Paid

Hi,

I’m after a bit of advice on the integration with Xero. We’ve just switched to using xero for all of our accounts, and now also using Breww to create invoices etc.

We sent an invoice 5 days ago on breww that synced across to Xero perfectly. That invoice has now been paid by the customer, and I’ve reconciled it on Xero, but Breww is not showing the invoice as paid.

Is there a timelag or a setting I’ve not ticked correctly to track payments?

Ooh, are we not supposed to put payments in Breww, which will then post them to xero?

Seems there is a slight time lag, they’ve just changed as paid on Breww! So my question is redundant!
