I’m using WooCommerce app for POS at events, but I’m struggling to get the backend to auto complete in Breww. I need to be able to set draft sales as not requiring fulfilment, and for smallpack to be auto-assigned to a delivery (collection) and marked as complete. At the moment I have to do this manually on every order. I’ve tried using auto delivery rules but it doesn’t have the options I need. Any advice on how I can automate this? Thanks.
Hi Craig, thanks for your comment! If you head to the main configuration page for the WooCommerce integration, there is the following option:
If this is selected, then any orders imported to Breww, that have been completed in WooCommerece, will also complete in Breww. If you have draught beer products being served from a container at the event, then I suggest checking out the Taproom & POS management in Breww guide. This is for a slightly different topic. However, the principle is the same, and you will be able to sell the keg (to yourself at zero value) to account for the duty and then account for the actual draught sales by creating service products to represent your draught beers (e.g. pints etc.), that can be mapped to the product in WooCommerce. The smallpack products can then be mapped as usual.
Provided that you have the required stock available for your small pack products, all orders should flow through as expected. However, if you are unsure and this doesn’t seem to be working for you, feel free to raise a support ticket and we would be very happy to check settings, products, and how orders are sitting in Breww. You can raise a support ticket by selecting the Need help? option, from the menu on the left of the screen. Cheers!
Hi Ben
This isn’t quite the scenario I have in mind, and am replying only now as we have the same situation of POS sales once again.
To clarify, I have a service product called ‘Draft Sales’ which all of the e-commerce draft products are mapped to. When I sell draft products via e-commerce, each order gets listed into Breww, however it is waiting on me to set the delivery for each order before it gets transferred to our accounting software. I have to manually go on to each order and set ‘no fulfillment required’ and then set to invoiced in order for this to happen. Is there a way to do this automatically?
I saw a recent feature request that I think is the same as what I’m asking, here E-commerce orders with service products that don't require delivery.
Thanks
Hi Craig, Thanks for your reply! I think I can see what’s happening here. Would it be okay if you raised a support ticket, please, by selecting “Need help?” on the main menu? I will then be able to have a closer look at your account for you, and some of these orders. Cheers!
