What’s the quickest way to handle free samples in Breww, just mostly with regards to duty tracking?
Hopefully, it doesn’t mean having to invoice them.
New | Free Sample order off the Customer (or Lead) page. I think this will produce an invoice? Of course, you don’t have to send it to them.

@jon-kyme2 is spot on. You will need to create the business or individual as a customer or lead in Breww, and then you will be able to quickly create a free sample order for them. You can then fulfil it like any other order, but it will automatically generate with all of the prices set to 0.
