Internal sample allocation

Please can you advise how to allocate sample stock for our own internal marketing purposes. For example in the run up to christmas we will be doing some local christmas markets and will take our full range as samples but there isn;t an actual customer or lead to log the samples against, just our own market stalls. Whats the best way to account for this stock - is it just a stock adjustment or can I raise samples against our own business?

Hi Ria, thanks for your comment! I recommend setting up the business as a customer in Breww. You could even make a specific ‘Market stalls’ customer for the business for clarity on what the samples are being used for. You can then head to the customer page and select NewNew free sample order. This will allow you to create a sample order in a similar way to sample orders that are sent to Leads. This will enable you to consume the stock and account for duty correctly.

perfect - that’s what I was thinking but great to get ‘breww staff’ approval. cheers
