Please can you tell me where I can find a report for all goods that have been despatched from our brewery and warehouse. I also need a report that shows stock adjustments from brewery to co-manufacturer.
This is incredibly urgent as we’re in a position and is affecting our monthly GP value.
We currently use the invoicing report but this is showing discrepancies between stock movements.

“Distribution by batch and product” has an option to show stock movements. Is that any good?
Hi Elli, Thanks for your comment. It sounds like the Products sold (order lines) report should be useful for this in the Raw data explorer. Here, you could use a filter similar to the below and include the specific names of your sites:
(invoice.fulfillment_site.name = “Brewery” or invoice.fulfillment_site.name = “Warehouse”) and invoice.deliverycollection.passed_duty_point = True
I’m not quite sure if this is what you are looking for, and apologies if I have misunderstood, but you will be able to see positive stock adjustments by heading to Reporting → Pre-built production & inventory reports → Batch actions summary. If you then use the filter below to see stock adjustment only:
action_type = “Stock adjustment”
