Is there a report which breaks down each stock adjustment in to the system?

I’m afraid we don’t have a specific stock adjustment report . Depending on exactly what you want to see, there are a few options which might help:

  1. The batch actions summary - this includes all stock adjustments made on batches but also includes other actions on the batch. You can add a filter for date etc. Found in Reporting → Production & inventory reports.

  2. Lost and spoiled records - this will show all stock reductions and ullages. Found in the Beer duty (or alcohol duty) section.

  3. The product log on a specific product page - this would only really help if you want to see a specific product/small number of individual products.

There is already a feature request for a Report on stock level adjustments/changes (exportable stock item/product logs), which sounds like the same thing you are looking for. So, it would be worth adding your vote and any comments to this request.
