It would be great if Customers had and “Delivery Area” or general “area” option that could be used to assign tasks (e.g. so a whole delivery area can be assigned a sales call if you’re targeting an area) or a way to assign tasks to a group of customers rather than having to flag them individually. This would help set sales priorities when we are targeting an area.
Also the Tasks and CRM would be much more usable if followup tasks could be set. E.g. when filling in the below it could be that the customer doesn’t want anything but is keen to get some beer in 2-3 weeks. Being able to set this action as a task while making the notes as a new action for that date would make this a more user friendly CRM as currently you have to finish this then make a new task.
Have you seen the existing delivery areas feature? It can be found in the Delivery settings part of Breww. Does it currently work the way you need it to define areas and automatically group customers into them, or would you like changes?

Additional prompts for raising follow-up tasks
I’m sorry, but you’ll need to raise individual feature requests for each one (and possibly for adjustments to delivery areas). Thanks - the delivery areas is great - I hadn’t seen it.
I’ll add the other two requests as It would be great to be able to schedule a CRM action/task to a delivery group (or selection within) for targeted sales.
