Hi, I’m currently onboarding to Breww. And have a problem adding the beer I currently have in Arlingtons at the packager to Breww. Most are fine but I have one batch which was split between 2 arlingtons. 1 was already packaged so i have already added the stock packaged from it. 1 is still in Arlington waiting to be packaged. The data uploader won’t let me add it as I already have packaged stock. How do I get around this?
Hi Alan, Thanks for your comment, and welcome to the community! In the scenario where part of a batch is still in a vessel in reality and the other part has already been packaged, the packaged stock should not be included in the packaged beer stock import. The packaged stock import should only be used for fully packaged/complete batches. Instead, the full batch volume (including that packaged in reality) should be imported into the vessels, and then the packaged stock can be racked from there through the racking tool. It sounds like stock has been imported against this batch before the import into the vessel, which is why you are seeing this issue: Importing packaged stock guide.
Unfortunately, it isn’t currently possible to import a batch into a vessel once stock has been imported against a batch. However, the team may be able to help ‘reset’ this, so that you can follow this flow instead. If you could raise a support ticket with access granted to your account, that would be great, and we will take a closer look at this for you!
