Video Demo/tutorials for all features!

Breww is changing, processes are constantly evolving. A way of doing something one day can change overnight. But the time to learn and understand the changes are onerous and usually end in error. The ‘help’ guides’ are not that helpful, or only to those who helped create the new feature/ process. The ‘AI’ generally misses the mark and is not that helpful, or makes up fake answers, and raising support tickets adds time to both parties, and can take days to solve with delayed back and forth.

I have seen some 5 month old Breww youtube posts and thought they were great. Why aren’t there more of these? As breww’s complexity grows, so too does the required understanding and learning. If you want universal adoption you have to make the path to learning easier and more intuitive.

Thanks for your comments, Thomas.

This is most certainly not commonplace, and I’m sorry if you’ve not had as positive an experience of it as most. Cooper (the AI assistant) consistently resolves over 75% of questions each day without the delays of waiting for a human team member to get involved. If you could raise a support ticket with specific examples of where the AI has made something up, we will look at addressing these issues.

When Cooper can’t answer your question, it typically asks you helpful questions along the way (we can see your entire conversation history), and so reduces the back-and-forth with a person required to resolve your request.

Again, some examples of “not that helpful” help guides would be useful for us to review and act upon. After all, we write them with the sole purpose of them being useful to people like you!

Regarding videos themselves, we appreciate the feedback and will take it into consideration. This is something we’ve been looking at recently and hope to have more videos available soon.

I’ll close this thread because it isn’t really a feature request and isn’t the right place for us to track it, but that doesn’t mean we’re ignoring your suggestion. Thank you for posting it.
