Seeing if there is any support for local state excise tax? Primarily looking to get a report of products currently inventory for a specific time period, similar to “beer produced (rackings)” report.

We may not have the specific report yet for your local state, but if there is one you would like to see added, you can raise it as a feature request, and it will land with the right team for review. Please provide any examples if you have them when raising these, as that helps the team work out exactly what is needed.
In the meantime, you may find the Inventory (stock levels) by date report is useful for reporting on the stock levels on a given date.
