Our brewery is in Washington State, and we file excise taxes every month. The taxes are simple enough, but it is tedious to extract them from brew because each value comes from a separate report that has to be configured each time we view it. We would like to have a report that we can run that gets all the required information for a given month. We would need the volume of beer (in bbl) for each of the following categories:
- Packaged beer
- Beer sold to each WA distributor (above and below 10% ABV)
- Beer delivered to contract brewing customer
- Beer sold through taproom (above and below 10% ABV)
- Beer sold to WA retailers (above and below 10% ABV)
