Upload files to sales orders/invoice as attachments (such as the related purchase order)

Afternoon,

There is no way to upload a PO to a sales order only to a customer’s profile? We receive a lot, it would be good to have them attached to the relevant sales order for visibility. It would also be good to be able to remove or add a revision if the PO has been changed.

Can this be done?

This is something i would also be keen to be able to do.

For traceability we would like to potential to add files to a sales order such as the customer purchase order or proof of delivery (POD) from a haulier.

most of our B2B customers submit POs so it would be a big help if we could save the relevant PO in with the sale as an attachment.
as an extra, it would be good to have the option to also send the PO to the customer along with the invoice, i get this request from a number of our customers to “make their life easier”… An extra nice touch would be to have an attachment indicator on the sales list page to show when attachments are available on a sale

Great news - this feature is now available

You can now attach files to orders/invoices for clear record-keeping. There’s also an option to include some (or all) uploaded files in the invoice email sent to the customer.
