Ability to take a photo of paper copies of delivery notes

Some times our iPads or phones do not connect correctly or are not available so we need to take paper copies of delivery notes out on deliveries.

It would be a useful feature if we could take a photo of the signed delivery note when we return to the office and add it to the “take signature” part of a completed order to be used as the proof of delivery, as we do not like to store large amounts of paper.

Most definitely a needed feature. Equally no matter the size of producer, paperwork is still necessary and further record of transaction having to occur.

Can you do this with the Advanced Deliveries addon?

Yes it sure does, but we only deliver once per week and only to a small amount of local customers it would not be economically viable to pay for this when we only want the ability to take a photo

Well, short of paying, I guess you could upload a POD photo (scan of signed delivery note?) as a file with the customer - so at least they’d be in Breww. Bit of a faff. We always used to throw signed delivery notes in an actual filing cabinet. Have dealt with a customer needed us to forward scans.

Afternoon, There is no way to upload a PO to a sales order only to a customer’s profile? We receive a lot, it would be good to have them attached to the relevant sales order for visibility. It would also be good to be able to remove or add a revision if the PO has been changed. Can this be done? Thanks, Louise

Hey Guys, We are based in Deepest Devon and as such a large chunk of our customers live in rural areas with, at best, poor signal. Due to this when tracked containers are scanned when delivering this function won’t work, and we are currently having to print the delivery manifest and makes notes of container codes to input when in signal. Therefore is there a way for Breww to store the data (As you would when sending a text or FB message) and allow this to be scanned and to be updated when back…

Thanks everyone for getting involved in this thread. As Jon said, this is a feature of Advanced Deliveries already. If you don’t want to pay for Advanced Deliveries, that’s your choice, but at this time we don’t intend to expose this feature without the addon, I’m sorry.
