In the case of permanent line customers for instance, we would like to be able to have an automated way to monitor the volume and regularity in which they are ordering to ensure they are meeting the agreed MOQ and ordering as regularly as they should be. This amount is usually something like 2 kegs a week or maybe 4 kegs a month for example. If there was a way for us to set these limits and then a pop-up or banner if the set limits are not being met when we look at their account or put an order on would be really helpful.
Does the “Deals” feature help you with this?

I guess it’s not quite what you’re after, looks like repeating “deals” would be needed to pull this off. But it’s a start maybe?
To add to this request; it would be useful if we could monitor volume trends with customers to see if volume drops below the average once we have a number of orders worth of data. It would be good to have an ‘MOQ’ tick box or ‘Expected volume’ tick box. Expected volume may be calculated by taking the average kegs per week after say, 3 orders and then using like-for-like data once that customer is over a year old to introduce a growth value now the customer is established.
