Can we request a feature whereby we can log a customer’s MOQ on their customer information so that it flags when an order is placed for them, very much like the breach of credit limit banner. Thank you.

Have you seen the “Private alert notes” feature? This can be used to add any text you’d like and will be shown at the top of the customer page and at the top of all their orders. I think it could work really well for you here.
To set this up, go to the customer’s account page and use the More actions button in the top-right.
