Hi there, I am looking to see how other businesses are tracking their “Contracted Customers” (i.e. customers with a permanent line or having signed an agreement to pour) and how you are keeping track of the original agreed volume vs current?
For example, we do specific volume contracts where a customer has to purchase X amount of hL every 6 months or for the overall duration of the contract and we’d like to be able to:
a/ track which customers have signed a pouring agreement (could this be a tick box on the Customer page?)
b/ track how much volume has been purchased so far compared to the target based on the duration of the contract (could we add a series of fields that would let us input a contract end date and a target volume that would show on the main Customer page?)

There’s nothing at the moment in Breww to manage customer contracts, but this would be a great feature.
