We now have two company’s that work through Breww, we have Kentish pip and Woolton wine. some of our products such as tickets for tours and other events will not be fulfilled until the customer has arrived for the event. So they will currently sit on the sales page until complete which will cause a back log of orders, and as we have thousands of ticket sales this will cause issues.
We would like a way to either filter sales by fulfilment site or have a way to be able to fulfil on Breww but that will not complete the order on shopify.
Yep, I think you can do that with BrewwQL. i.e. filter by fulfillment site. Or whatever. Then save that, so it becomes available in the little pull down on the sales page. You can make a filtered view the default.
Really sorry but this doesn’t seem as simple as the guide suggests. we would like to have 2 filters one for each fulfilment site so one for unit 14 and 17 and one for unit 1. but the BrewwQL doesn’t seem to recognise those sites and come up with an error - “There was a problem with your BrewwQL filter. Line 1, col 17: Illegal character” or nothing comes up at all
This is either a typo in the BrewwQL (maybe a missing or mismatched quote? or would that be syntax error? something like that), or a Breww bug (unlikely?). Maybe post the query you’ve written here so someone can have a look at it.
Come to think of it, probably better as a “help” post.
