Stock Synching via website orders

We hold stock at 2 different sites, these are both used in Breww so we know what stock is where. One of these sites is our tap room and customers can order from our website and collect from the tap room, all other online orders are fulfilled direct from our warehouse. Is there a way to map our website sales so if someone selects collect from tap room the order comes from that stock rather than our warehouse stock?
At the moment all orders are coming from our main warehouse stock which is causing confusion with stock levels and may also be leading to us boking stock out twice.

Good question. How does Breww get to know that someone has chosen to collect from the taproom?

When ordering on the website you can choose delivery or collection, you can only collect from the tap room, but I’m not sure how to synch the information from the website into breww to reduce the stock in the correct place

Hi Diane, thanks for reaching out, and welcome to the community! It sounds like you need a single eCommerce integration to look at two different sites and for it to select the specific site to fulfil from depending on whether the customer has selected to collect their order from the taproom or not. Unfortunately, it isn’t possible to set the site to use for fulfilment depending on the fulfilment method chosen by the customer, and the site used will be based on what has been selected in the Site to use for order fulfilment and stock syncing box on the integration configuration. If this is left blank, then Breww will look at the default site that has been selected in your order/invoice settings. Currently, the only way to handle this would be to change the fulfilment site directly on orders for collection so that the correct stock is used. I can see how having a feature for this would be helpful; if you could raise this as a feature request, that would be great! Let me know if you have any other questions. Cheers!

Thanks Ben, I have added this as a feature request now
