Report to show customers with total number of outstanding containers

A feature that would be really helpful would be a report that you could run showing customers with outstanding containers, detailing: Customer name, number of outstanding containers, and each container code.

Currently (unless I’m missing something) your 2 options are to go through ‘view containers’ and you can get a list of each container individually telling you where they are, or going through the container map and seeing how many each customer has on there, which takes a lot longer as you’re clicking in and out of the map by area, and having to go onto the customer profile to find the codes.

A report that just looked something like:

Customer | Outstanding Containers Total | Codes
Example1 | 6 | F001, F002, P001

And so on and so forth, would be incredibly helpful in finding out where to collect casks from.

Have you seen the Containers → Actions & tools → Bulk arrange container uplifts tool? It’s a tool specifically designed to help you find containers that need collecting (and quickly arrange the uplifts).
