We need a report that will return a list of customers and how many kegs of each type they have on hand. This should mimic the “Containers delivered by date” report but work for non-returnable containers rather than tracked ones (because the “non-returnable” kegs ARE returnable, we just don’t track specific container IDs).
A summary of the data from >Dashboard >Sales >Customers >(customer) >Containers & uplift orders >Incomplete container deposit returns
sorted by customer and container size would be great rather than having to go and look at individual customers.
Thanks for the suggestion, but I’m not sure how this would work. If you don’t return the containers in Breww (because you’re using non-returnables), how would Breww know how many they have on hand? The number on hand would only grow as you deliver more to them.
Do you have any ideas on how this should work? Or have I misunderstood something?
I guess a better way of phrasing it is a report just like “containers delivered by date” that uses container deposit data. Our deposit schemes are set up for 1/2 bbl deposit and sixtel deposit to differentiate between the container types and we return the deposits when the shells are retrieved. In >Sales >Customers >(customer) >Containers & uplift orders >Incomplete container deposit returns we can see the outstanding container deposits.
So the thought is that rather than having to click into every customer one at a time to see how many outstanding deposits they have, a single report for all customers will show CustomerA has 3 x 1/2 bbl and 0 x sixtel, CustomerB has 1 x 1/2 bbl and 2 x sixtel, etc.
Does that make sense? That would let us know where our kegs are.
We need this for our keg pool reporting. We are allowed to take in kegs we have not sent out but need to report these on a monthly basis. Scrolling through customer pages is not a valiable solution to this.
