Hey, continuing on from this, we have an external site set up for stock held by a third party (in this case it’s brakes who then supply Wagamamas) we still own the stock so don’t want to invoice but need to account for the duty when the stock is moved.
This is great from a finance point of view but the stock still sits in our forecasting report making it really tricky to plan for these SKUS. Is there any way we could add another filter on for locations so I can excluding the stock in this location?
We’re planning on using the sites feature to separate out our webshop stock from the rest of our stock however all sites stock shows up currently in customer price lists. The ability to make a template that removes the stock in specific sites from price lists would solve this.
Thanks for the suggestion, this sounds like a very sensible idea to me. Please don’t forget to vote for your own suggestion @james-moffat (every vote counts).
We use separate sites to deal with consignment deliveries (stock sent, but only invoiced when the customer draws it down). This would be really helpful in avoiding confusion with what stocks we actually have on site.
We have some rules set up that mean certain customers can only be fulfilled from certain sites, but overall stock levels can still look confusing
Hi there, just re-emphasizing this post as it hasn’t been actioned yet. With multiple fulfillment sites catering only to certain customers, we are very limited by the current price lists.
Great news; this has now been implemented!
You can now select which sites should be used when determining the stock levels to show on price lists. We hope this helps!
