I believe it would be great to be able to add/swap raw materials while actively brewing without having to go throught the substitution process of selecting one you had to pre-allow as a sub. Sometimes I may have received a raw material that didn’t go through the PO process yet, as in I had to borrow from another brewery and it would be good to be able to add it on the fly while brewing. I’m not super organised and it happens from time to time even though I’ve planned out the week. It sucks to have to go back after the brew is finished or knocked out to add the material(s).
