Mass Edit Stock Items

Hello Hive Mind,

I thought to myself just now, why not be super organised and create some merchandise sub-types in Breww?

Looking back I should have done this when we started using Breww because this is a massive job.

Is there any way I can select multiple stock items and change their sub-type quickly? I don’t feel like going into every t-shirt, beer mat, glass etc and manually changing the sub-type. I will if I have to but I’ve got like over 100 different stock items that I want to do this for and I’d rather work smarter than harder.

Any help is much appreciated!

Hi Sean, Thanks for your comment! Currently, it isn’t possible to bulk update stock items; however, this would definitely be a very useful addition to Breww! We do have a feature request for Stock items & supplier cost pricing bulk updater; while this focuses on stock item pricing, it sounds like a bulk update tool for other stock item data would be helpful. It would be great if you could add your vote and comments to this. Currently, the only way to update the subtype would be directly on the stock item. Cheers!
