Creating a report of total stock available by site

I’m trying to create a report for production planning of total stock available by site that less granular than the default one–all I need is:

1. Multipack by SKU
2. Liters in Keg by SKU (doesn’t need to be broken down into keg size)

Any advice?

Hi Josh, Thanks for your comment! It sounds like the best report to use for this would be the Product stock availability breakdown by site report, found under Reporting → Pre-built production & inventory reports. This will let you filter by product type so that only multipack and keg products are shown. However, this report doesn’t break the figures down into litres available; it’s based on the availability of the individual products. Let me know if you need anything else. Cheers!

Hi Ben,

Yeah, we have and use that one regularly but then need to put all that into excel to get the numbers we’re looking for, so there is an extra step (and it’s something we do very regularly), so I was trying to figure out how to create a report that does that extra step already, but couldn’t figure it out in the custom section, but thought someone else might already have done it.

Hi Josh, Thanks for your reply! Unfortunately, it’s not currently possible to display the litres in stock in keg by SKU. If this is something you’d like to see added to Breww, it would be great if you could raise it as a feature request here: Posting ideas & feature requests for Breww. Cheers!
