Hi all, we are a small craft distillery (rectifiers) distilling gins, and producing liqueurs and rums etc.
It has taken us a while to get around Breww’s brewery language and we went ‘live’ on 1st Feb 2025 and now run everything through Breww. All very exciting but We have encountered and overcome (with Breww team help) a few stumbling blocks.
Are there any other distilleries on here?
It would be good (for us!) to have a specific Distillery category here in the community for us to find distillery related questions and answers and to identify potential new Ideas & features for Breww. Cheers

We just started using it for our distillery. How are you handling proof gallons, do you operate in proof gallons?
