We would really like to be able to extract yeast directly from a fermenting vessel into an empty vessel before we move wort into it (as this mirrors our actual process). Could you make this change?

Yes this would be a fantastic feature. We just did our first cone to cone brewday in Breww. I extracted yeast from the source vessel into the vessel I wanted to transfer our batch into. Then found out that I could not transfer our batch into the vessel.

I agree that this would be a handy feature. We usually harvest into a brink, but occasionally need to go cone to cone. I accomplish this now by harvesting into a dummy brink that I set up and then immediately transferring that into my fermenter. Seems like an unnecessary step. Thanks for considering this Breww Team!
