Hello, just wondering if there is a way to automatically choose a fulfillment site for an order based on the customer’s delivery area? This would be quite helpful for error-proofing. I wanted to see if anyone could tell me if this can be done before I write feature request for it.

Hi Dave, Thanks for your comment. Breww doesn’t directly look at ‘delivery areas’, but it does consider the customer delivery address in the decision-making process when choosing fulfilment sites. This behaviour depends on the settings set in Order/invoice settings and on whether there are specifically linked sites set on the customer. The Consignment/Sale or return stock help document discusses this process further and includes a section on how Breww picks the fulfilment site to use for an order.
