Linked Sites by Customer Type or Group

Hello.

I recall that it was possible to enforce fulfillment of a customer from a specific site by group or by type, but I can’t find this anymore. Was I just imagining this previously, or is there a way to have that fulfillment option happen without having to link individual customers (this is specific to getting taproom reporting correct).

Hi David,

Thanks for raising this in the community! At present, you can only assign a fulfilment site to individual customers. It might be worth voting for the Bulk Update Customers to sites feature as a way to do this more easily in the future.

I opened a feature specific to a customer group. The bulk update option is nice but we’re trying to get it right the first time, and the fewer things we have to set individually on each customer the better.
