Our draymen find the ability to press the call button and instantly call the number we have for the organisation very useful. However, we often have more than one contact for a venue which we stick in the delivery notes. There isn’t a way to copy and paste these numbers so when the primary contact doesn’t respond, our drays have to switch between breww and their dialling page in order to call the secondary contact.
My suggestion is to be able to tick a second number as ‘secondary’ in the organisation details, as opposed to primary. And then have a button on the delivery page to call the secondary contact.
We have only gone live with Breww this week, but this is already quite an annoying restriction. Is there a work around for this, or any way that drivers can easily see other phone numbers, whether they be organisation phone numbers or contact phone numbers…
I appreciate it’s a few clicks/steps, but you can use the “View on web” button on the mobile app to open the delivery on the web view, then go through to the customer and see/call any of their numbers from here.

We had to give our drivers ‘General Delivery’ permissions for them to be able to access the information, and although this does have some drawbacks (ie they’re now also able to convert a draft order to confirmed for example, which previously they weren’t), overall this will be far better for them and allow us to provide the level of customer service we need.
